Positive, fun team with great marketing strategies and brilliant products. Great atmosphere with frequent invites to events by other brands.

Cons

Inconsistency with marketing strategies globally, not much thought about how to adapt strategies to local markets. People can be bad at responding to emails, aren't as knowledgeable as they should be.
