Good access to events Strong sense of team and conviviality Great place to learn - in ways Wide global network with possibilities to move

Cons

Very underpaid Not much trust in employees T&E system is a nightmare - required to use own salary first and the reclaim it back (very difficult when you are often on market visits and business trip. Limited room to climb the ladder as most of the management are selected within their own peer group (some would say it’s more of a popularity contest rather than valuing genuine good work)

You feel like you are doing your own business, transparent, lots of moments of conviviality, good employee benefits, decent growth, role change every 2-3 years, overall you will love it if you are passionate about your work.

Cons

Some people with old thoughts at very powerful positions, not that evolved processes in many areas, boss culture is there, 6 working days, etc.
