great opportunities to work on projects above your seniority level. "Promote from within" mentality, great brands

Cons

take a look at the pictures of the senior leaders (white men, mostly french); hard to move up unless you're in the "old boys club". they want to do creative things, but have very little risk tolerance. extremely self-congratulatory mindsets. They love to hire diverse profiles, then force them to conform.
