The people! So nice and fun to work with. Fantastic portfolio of brands and projects. Good work/ life balance and flexibility.

Cons

Too hierarchical and process driven at times. Low salary particularly for junior staff.

- Great people oriented culture - friendly/casual ways of working (in most offices) and approachable top management - fantastic portfolio

Cons

- overall risk adverse and lacking agility (like most global FMCG companies to be fair) - multiple layers of management and legacy hierarchical and patriarchal environment - used to be known for its “family” business feel but the culture established by the original founder has disappeared over decades/ generations of leaders. This is now a proper public listed company culture: more formal, more KPI led, etc
