      - Fun company culture and brands, with a lot of perks when in marketing such as product and events - Great exposure to different functions in the business with opportunities to expand existing skill-set - Supportive and collaborative peer environment

      - Too many unnecessary internal meetings and internal presentations, no clear processes to get sign-off - No clear ways to progress within the business, poor succession planning - A lot of teams overworked, hard to get support from business functions - Very high workload with little support when escalated
