Nice people, free alcohol, bonus, trips abroad with the company.

Cons

Extremely stressful, poor management, who are Extremely comfortable lying to their team even when it is to let the team know someone has covid, people on leave due to stress, at least 3 hours of overtime a day, no gratitude for a job well done or positive reinforcement. 90% of the feedback we receive is negative.
