Human centric culture, warm environment, nice working premises, fun, very good benefits beyond salary, many chances for entertainment & travelling.

Cons

Bad internal processes that add extra workload across all departments, poor worklife balance (especially for marketing employees due to the need to a attend nightlife events/sponsorings, etc. beyond office hours), poor management team.
