Pros

This was my first internship during my final year of undergraduate studies. This was a great career start for me. I have a great boss who is really patient and professional, guided me to utilize my strengths better and quickly become familiar with the job. I also met great colleagues in the company. The overall atmosphere of the company is very relaxed and the benefits are nice.

Cons

I haven't been with the company for a long time, so I didn't see any downsides.
