Pros

Compensation Structure is quite competitive

Cons

I have worked at the company long enough and in different places to understand its values, which makes the recent shift in the South zone particularly disappointing. Ever since the new zone head came in, the culture has taken a noticeably toxic turn. There is a growing sense of bias and favouritism. What concerns us is the lack of empathy and the increasingly hostile behaviour towards the direct team members. People are targeted without clear reasoning, and personal comments are made even about legitimate leave situations. There is no clear direction for the future, and communication is vague. Morale across the zone has dropped significantly, and many including me are now seriously considering leaving the organisation solely because of the new leadership style. This was not the culture the company was known for, and it’s discouraging to see the South zone lose its sense of respect and people-centricity.

Pros

Great benefits Awesome workers 401k PTO Product Allowance

Cons

Many employees feel unsupported, especially when issues arise that require HR’s attention. There is a strong perception that HR prioritizes upper management over the rest of the staff, which leaves employees feeling unheard and undervalued. Additionally, the direction and decisions coming from the CMO’s office have caused significant frustration and a lack of confidence among the team. CMO and Chief of Staff decisions—within the marketing department—have created confusion, low morale, and frustration across teams.
