Week off for Christmas, average salary (not below), product allowance, lot of fun events. Great work life balance with agile working conditions

Lot of perceived "value added" projects with no real benefits to increase sales or bottom line.

Completely toxic work environment fostered by an old boys club mentality. No sense of trust or compassion between colleagues who would gladly throw you under the bus to further their own career goals/cover themselves. Harassment and drunkenness at work events commonplace and overlooked.

Additionally, promoting responsible consumption of our products is one of core values. We require all of our employees to consume our products responsibly. The company recognizes that alcohol may be consumed at business lunches and dinners or for business related reasons. Moderation is expected and overindulgence is not tolerated. PR USA is committed to creating an atmosphere of conviviality, which necessarily means one free from bullying, harassment, discrimination and one that promotes responsible consumption.
