Pros

Lots of fun events and socializing. Good benefits and consistent bonus delivery. If you're a marketing person, plenty of $ to spend.

Cons

Unsophisticated business practices and controls. Frequent re-orgs. Best promotions go to French or Europeans connected with HQ, especially those who stay out partying with execs until 4am. Insular culture.

Good company with good benefits. Second largest Spirits Company in the world with great brands.

Cons

Culture has changed with new management. Less entrepreneur spirit and accountability to allow you to make decision (red tape). Work in silos, it was not like this in the past. No direct line of communication with Marketing.
