Work-Life balance is inexistent, CEO leads by example. Employees last an average of one year an a half until they can find a better company, rotation has been incredible in last two years (50% of the company left) since new management. A little or none empowerment to employees in taking any decision, really, any decision.

The way HR dept is run is a joke, thanks to senior management. I know because I work there. There's absolutely no "unity". All Management care about is making themselves look good, and refuse to recognize the employees that work hard. Lack of respect is very obvious. We've gotten really good at putting up a united front but the reality is that we're pretty much divided. Unfortunately, I'm stuck here because finding another job is proving to be a challenge. I'm looking to switch careers and get away from all this Corporate bureaucracy mess. The larger the Company becomes, the less they care about their employees. The employee morale here has been very low for quite some time and it will continue to be this way until Management decides to listen to its employees.
