      great working environment. cool parties, happy hours understanding upper management company's growing, thus lot of opportunities

      Cons

      opportunities are restricted in sales and marketing, where lot of re-org happens. Other departments doesn't have much opportunities or challenges for growth

      Pros

      Overall, a good company. They offer great benefits and employees get the week off between Christmas and New Year's.

      Cons

      The way HR dept is run is a joke, thanks to senior management. I know because I work there. There's absolutely no "unity". All Management care about is making themselves look good, and refuse to recognize the employees that work hard. Lack of respect is very obvious. We've gotten really good at putting up a united front but the reality is that we're pretty much divided. Unfortunately, I'm stuck here because finding another job is proving to be a challenge. I'm looking to switch careers and get away from all this Corporate bureaucracy mess. The larger the Company becomes, the less they care about their employees. The employee morale here has been very low for quite some time and it will continue to be this way until Management decides to listen to its employees.

      Great compay in general, however if you are Fench you definitely get ahead.

      Pros

      Great emviroment. The opportunity is there to make long lasting friendships. The work is challenging but not difficult. You can learn alot from the company.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, management does not respect longevity. Once you are passed 50, you are considered dated.HR does not stand behind their employees. Every few months, they are layoffs.
