      Pros

      Great pay, decent insurance, family atmosphere among coworkers only unfortunately, if you are wanting to work, they will let you. As of now it's unlimited overtime to anyone, especially maintenance people.

      Cons

      Company is going down the drain, stock is down to under 4 dollars, and parts are basically non existent. Only 4 of each hydraulic fitting allowed on the working unit at a time. The company is cash poor and it's affecting everyhing, especially maintenance

      Many talented employees. Great working environment. Strong core competency, mining coal

      Cons

      Need to communicate more with employees, particularly at difficult times. Systems in place are not utilized at an efficient manner. Management lacks appreciation of on the ground situation.

      Excellent training opportunities provided when the company is successful, wonderful and talented co-workers, opportunities for travel, current president/next CEO (Glenn Kellow) is excellent and has the potential to turn the company around

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities, technical salaries low compared to other mining companies, benefits are being reduced each year due to challenging industry conditions
