Can be clicky depending on the area you work in. In certain departments, there can be too much of a micro managed feel. Lack of trust with dedicated employees.

This company is full of relative to the point that it is almost incestual. Work as hard as you want, work as much overtime as possible, go out of your way to get training to help you be a more valuable asset to the company, go far beyond what is expected of you and have a better work ethic than any of your peers and watch it lead to still be viewed as dirt, unless you're part of the cliques. Incredibly obvious favoritism. Relatives and good friends of management getting promotions without the company even posting the job anywhere for others to apply. Benefits have really died off. Very little coverage and very very high deductibles.
