Business Outlook
Pros
Smaller company, that when properly motivated can accomplish things in a short time period. Travel to Australia was nice. There were some good people working there, but they all have left at this point due to bad management.
Cons
The only good leaders were the people who came from the outside. All the legacy Peabody management were lazy, lacking actual skills, and generally incompetent. The CIO had absolutely no vision, operated completely reactively, and sought only to leverage the role to further her career and not make the IT environment more stable and efficient.
