-Room for advancement (if youre willing to prove yourself) -Friendly/relaxed atmosphere -Work load was usually predictable

Cons

-Organization of mine sites varied -Some hourly employees could be rude. Not a huge problem but noticeable at times.

Pros

Decent pay. Good roster and accommodation. Fellow workers are a good bunch of people. Other than that I can't recommend them.

Cons

Nepotism is rife in this organisation. It's not what you know it's who you know here. Management surround themselves with friends and family looking out for each other's interests. HR look after the boys clubs because they benefit from them as well.
