12 Hour work shifts equal more days off. Only work half of the year

The compensation and benefits are excellent. Plenty of opportunities for additional training. Peabody does the right thing even whens it's hard.

Some areas have very limited cell phone reception.

Overall the atmosphere is pretty positive. Management does a good job of soliciting feedback from employees at all levels of the organization and using that feedback to make informed decisions - whether it be flexibility in the workplace or ideas on special projects.

Cons

Maternity leave benefits could be better although they are comparable to other U.S. companies.
