Pros

Decent pay, flexible work schedules, and pretty easy going working climate.

Cons

The company's culture was mostly fair. I experienced some unfairness towards the end of my tenure with them. I also know a few other people that had bad experiences. The leadership team were knowledgeable and accommodating. The company went through bankruptcy while I was employed there and unfortunately hard workers such as myself were left with no pay increases, nor bonuses.
