Pros

Great people and used to be great work environment

Cons

This used to be a premiere place to work in St. Louis, but with reorganization and reliance on trying to be a "global" company when we did not fit the definition, we have allowed ourselves to become a second rate company with no plans to diversify, reliance on managers from another country who do not know our business or culture and a lot of "yes" men who will not speak up with new ideas because it is unfavorable. Peabody has outsourced so many corporate positions, you may as well change the name to TCS. Very sad to see this, but Godspeed.
