      Great in the beginning, but towards the end there was a bloat of management overhead.

      Pros

      The company does more with less people so you can wear many hats during your tenure. This was my experience in IT.

      Cons

      You could work your tail off and be rewarded the same bonus potential as less ambitious workers. It didn't always matter if it was done on or before schedule, but rather if you could impress someone with flashy presentations.

      Pros

      Solid business plan with a good sense of future strategy. For the most part there is a team work atmosphere. Work life balance is good. Most middle management is down-to-earth. Seems the high you go the less approachable.

      Cons

      Can be clicky depending on the area you work in. In certain departments, there can be too much of a micro managed feel. Lack of trust with dedicated employees.
