Pros

Safe, Stable place, good work-life-balance.

Cons

A bit backwards technologically, improvements are slow and rare. I've experienced some bad teamwork culture, but it might not be everywhere.

Pros

- Good welfares and benefits - Lenient approvals on holidays, 20 ALs - Compensation holiday for OT on Red Days

Cons

American company, Chinese enterprise culture - Rude and Spartan-like team leader/managers - Weekly team meeting and 1on1s are sessions for criticism - WFH arrangement is FAKE -- ZERO WFH for my team unless being sick/holidays

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate aspects of the benefits package, holiday flexibility, and compensation arrangements. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with management and team culture has not been a positive one. Creating a respectful, supportive, and constructive work environment is very important to us. We recognize that flexible work arrangements can vary across teams depending on business and operational needs, and we understand how differences in expectations can lead to frustration. We encourage you to connect with your manager or People Partner directly so your concerns can be heard and addressed properly.
