      Great people and balance, but lacking direction and product quality

      Pros

      The work-life balance here is genuinely excellent. Management respects personal time, and you rarely have to worry about working late or taking work home. On top of that, the colleagues are incredibly nice, supportive, and make the day-to-day work environment very pleasant. It's a great team to be a part of.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company severely lacks a clear, long-term strategy. It feels like we are just reacting rather than following a solid roadmap. Furthermore, the products we offer are of poor quality. Because of this, we receive a high volume of customer complaints, which can be incredibly demoralizing for the employees who have to deal with the fallout.
