Good career development oportunities, good salaries (holiday gifts, pension plan and other compensations), senior managers are capable and experienced. Proud to have worked for them.

Cons

Not enough professionalism amongst department leaders, very technical but not team oriented. Low people skills for team leaders.

Great sharp people, start up mentality, great HR taking care of the employees top notch level.

Cons

Things are moving very slow. Not much chances to jump up the ladder fast enough. Product is not that appealing.
