Management level is average and becomes even less as seniority grows. Lack of communication (in departments and across-organization), double working, late decision making and lack of taking responsibility.

My managers and teemmates were really supportive. The company clearly have a "no jerks" hiring policy, because I met a lot of people and everyone is nice. There is no social hierarchy based on role, I lunched with people of all different levels within in the company. Great work-life balance, almost everyone leaves at 6pm. They really like to hire from within, a lot of people on my team moved advanced within the company.

It's a growing tech company, you gotta keep up to date on service changes, but they are all communicated
