Pros

Great coworkers, we make our own atmosphere. Coworkers are supportive and friendly.

Cons

Terribly low retention rate, lower than market average salary, senior management does not care about “little people”. Quality work is rewarded with more work and responsibility, instead of raising salary. Salary performance reviewed only annually, no opportunity for raise unless you change positions within the company. Even then, a raise and contract aren’t guaranteed!
