Pros

I have been with Payoneer for over three months, and I could not be happier. The team is fantastic, and my coworkers are incredibly supportive. Management is friendly and truly cares about their employees. I love the lunch options :) The medical and dental insurance is great, and the PTO package is generous.

Cons

Honestly, compared to my previous employer, I do not see any cons at this time.

Good work life balance. Worst management. Employee last company.

Full kitchen. Good coffee. Good coworkers.

Cons

Management is terrible. Raises are a joke. Gaslighting of employees is unreal. Additional responsibilities are pushed on high performers with the benefit for the employee being a CV bullet point. Not worth it.
