Pros

There is no pros in this place

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing from the very beginning. The process lacked professionalism, and there was a clear sense of disrespect toward employees from day one. Instead of being treated as individuals, employees are viewed more as tools to get work done. The management culture felt toxic and unsupportive, which made the overall experience very difficult. I usually don’t write reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to share for anyone considering joining.
