Inspiring exec team, fully stocked kitchen, weekly lunches. The company sincerely tries to better itself.

Cons

Mid-management will take the credit for its employee's success while contributing very little to getting the job done. Exec team and HR are placing the wrong managers into departments that don't need managing. Salaries, bonuses and commissions are not comprablable to other similar companies Its not clear how employees are able to advance in their careers

It’s the kind of places you would love from the first site, the people are nice, young and joyful. they are known fortheir great parties,

Cons

But after a while, you get the see the other layers, and see it’s full of politics, HR cares only about management team, and if you would accidently say the wrong sentence to the wrong person, you will get laid in 2 sec. Plus the backend code is so massed up, it takes ages to do simple and easy tasks. and everything you do has to be approved by 10 ppl.

People are nice ..lots of perks and parties.. somewhat flexible with schedule ..nice office.. good location.. average salary for type of position

Favoritism ..if you are with the inn crowd you get promoted if you are not but a dilogent worker likely not to get promoted
