      Pros

      Work that supports small businesses and gives a sense of purpose most of the co-workers are very nice to work with Stuffed kitchen

      Cons

      Retention issues are exacerbated by a lack of upward mobility — employees often see external candidates filling roles that could be opportunities for internal growth , particularly with the product department -There’s a noticeable pattern of continuous org changes, often monthly, which can lead to uncertainty and fatigue among employees

      Pros

      Working at this company has been an incredibly positive experience. From day one, I've felt supported by a collaborative environment where teamwork is highly valued. There are opportunities to grow professionally, with the company truly investing in employee development through training and mentorship. What I appreciate most is the balance between work and life—flexible hours and remote options make it easy to maintain a healthy balance. The leadership team is approachable and transparent, always checking in to ensure that employees feel valued and heard. Plus, the projects I’ve worked on have been both exciting and challenging, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the company’s success.

      Cons

      While the company culture is generally great, the rapid growth has led to some growing pains, with processes and systems not always being as streamlined as they could be. As a result, there can be occasional inefficiencies in the workflow. That said, the leadership team is dedicated to addressing these issues, and I’m confident the company will continue to evolve and improve as it scales.

I’ve already seen how much trust is given to individuals to lead and influence meaningful initiatives, and the sense of momentum across teams is energizing.

      With the company scaling quickly, constant change and evolving priorities are part of the journey. It requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and strong time management to thrive in the fast-moving environment.
