- It has an easy entry process and it's a good start for getting 1 or 2 years of working experience - Job is well documented and procedures easily defined. Help is available the whole time

Cons

- Asking for bathroom breaks is a bit uncomfortable and kind of retrograde. - Shifts are scheduled 2 weeks in advance, so it's lacking flexibility. - Lowest salary compared with similar positions in other companies. - It's not easy to move between departments.
