Good for a start in Israeli tech, but not for long-term place to work

Pros

Easy to be hired, no need for prior experience, nice people to work with, opportunities to grow within company

Cons

The biggest problem is salary, which is extremely low for the market. There is a lot of unnecessary micromanagement, even after working for some time, when it seems that you’ve already showed that you can be trusted. There is a definite problem with gender balance in some teams — most of the management is male, which doesn’t make comfortable space for women to grow.

Pros

Nice people, cultural diversity, engagement with co-workers

Cons

Paycheck, room for growth, no place for innovation, doesn't invest in personal growth
