Pros

The pay is decent and the insurance is good. Very few perks and no reason to put this place above any others

Cons

The company lacks any type of direction or vision for the future. The products are useless for what its clients want and nothing on the roadmap to innovate or become a true fintech company. The leadership is uninspiring and lacks the inter-personal skills to adequately lead teams to perform.

Pros

Payment is always correct and on time. You don't have time nor space to eat, so you lose weight 😊

Cons

The most toxic company I ever been to. They promote people as managers out of their technical skills, not their human skills. The results are tantrums, ego trips and managers shouting and humiliating employees in front of others. I have been shouted at fir moving a chair to work cause mine was broken and also criticized on my last day at work (I quit cause I did not have the soul dead enough to stay) for having an accent that was "unpleasant to their customers"
