A great place to work-but low salaries

Pros

Excellent company culture, lots of fun perks. Great working atmosphere and the management was wonderful. The office was very youthful; would definitely recommend for a person starting out their career. The company is also growing rapidly and seems to be doing well.

Cons

Poor salary (I was working in Israel, however, where salaries are normally low). I definitely had trouble making ends meet. I had to leave for a higher paying job.
