Not many cons come to mind, aside from occasional periods of overtime.

- People are very nice and friendly there - The environment is very nice, there is team work - Very international environment, you work with people from all across the world from many different offices. - Nice work / life balance

Cons

- You can grow to other positions, but it takes a lot of time. - Low salary - Many managers who were promoted to management positions not because of their skills, but because they were too much time in the company.
