Pros

People‘s company. Family atmosphere, caring, creative, cool product. Higher management is very accessible. You have a feeling that the company takes care of you. There are a lot of employees in the company that are there for a long time which is a great sign. Overall seems great.

Cons

The building is getting really busy, the company grew very fast therefore there is not always parking in the building and you need to park outside of course on the company’s expense. The location has a lot of traffic in most directions especially in the evening. Not really cons but something good to know about.

Happy hours and free lunch on biweekly Friday If you are good at flattering your boss, you will be fine regardless of talent or experience

HR is very monetary driven. She cares about paying less more than how to develop, protect, and understand employees. When things went wrong, HR is useless and uses her power to be managers' side Extremely unhappy talent pool of employees Majority of current employees are finding the exit as soon as they opt another opportunity outside Army culture is strongly influenced in management style which they preferred to command and obey. Don't appreciate whom to raise their different opinions Not allowed to extend private time after business trip although it's weekend and you pay for yourself. No career development opportunity
