      Great benefits, Amazon vouchers for birthday, Christmas, surprises for various events along the year, equity grant and so on...Payoneer is a company that isn't scared of spoiling its employees and from what I've seen it's effective! They have strong engagement from their employees worldwide and people are proud to be working for our amazing CEO, who is a true and authentic inspirational leader.

      Cons

      Perhaps lacks a bit of a localised approach for Europe, but this should improve with their local regions growths.
