      Good place to start, then continue elsewhere

      Pros

      Overall you're bombarded with benefits, "culture" and feelings of a good workplace. Great people from all over the globe, mostly with good intentions and ambition to work.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism, low people retention which eventually lead to disrupted internal development, support, procedures, bad knowledge management and training. Old-fashioned tools and high work load result in shortcuts or disregard of ongoing and unsolved issues. Management are mostly unrelated to their field nor have vast experience which can lead to amateur approach in complicated aspects.

      Pros

      Very good culture, everyone is super nice, great work life balance. Hybrid work model is being kept. Good internal mobility processes

      Cons

      Average salary, at best, really depends on whether it's a position where the market standard is known (developer, product), whereas if it's something more ambiguous then they can play around with the money
