Pros

- Well, people who work there on associate positions are very nice (since the company has a big choice betweel locals and newcomers in Israel). Really comfortable vibe, pleasant international community; - Presents on every main holiday; - Salary is being paid in time, payslips available in English, honest salary calculation, good insurance choices; - Useful experience in communications with every part of the world; - Opportunity for people without experience or without Hebrew; - No night shifts anymore.

Cons

- The management worries too much about macrocontrol, even the army sometimes felt as a more free space; - KPI (including hidden KPIs) for every of your actions, but bonuses don't really worth that pressure; - Corporative censorship of your actions and words (being included in your profile for management), even though transparency and freedom of speech proclamied as one of the main priorities; - Every new update brokes the system, which is in general is overloaded, daily updates in system and procedures, causing clients' anger. Sometimes you get to know about some new broken update only from an angry customer in the chat, but not the management; - Bad interdepartment communication due to lack of transperancy in procedures and their constant updates; - Constant flow of old workers leaving the company, which results in big amount of newbies, who don't know the details of work, so it feels like the company is existing only a few months, but not for years; - The training isn't prepared well, so you have to learn in work, what is complicated when you work in chats, phones directly with customers and your bonuses depends on your speed and clients' good mood; - Almost no opportunity to grow: the company is more interested in taking experienced people from the outside than in training it's own employees. Opportunity to growth depends on management (if you have a good profile, matching the company censorship, and good relations with management, which can be more important than work effeciency); - Sometimes management can even close the option to move to other departments, in case of a backlog, caused by new procedures (what happens pretty often); - Salary doesn't match the difficulty of tasks and knowledge level, which you need to have to operate effeciently. Sometimes seems like Support in doing QA job.
