      Good for an entry level job into corporate

      - the co-workers were very friendly - nice to be able to work as a native English speaker in Israel

      Cons

      - poor pay with very intense work dealing with irate customers, many of whose 2nd language is English - you will be encouraged to be promoted through the ranks of Customer Care - try to gain promotion to another department asap
