Very inspiring to know that our work is really helping small businesses, especially in emerging markets, to be successful Fun place to work. Great benefits. Nice office envrionment. Good to be part of a successful team. We're doing really well. Strong leadership that communicates frequently to the whole org.

Cons

It can be hard work so not for everyone! We work with team members all over the world so need to be flexible with time zones.

The technology and processes to support the business have not yet caught up with the overall growth the company has seen in the recent past. Still suffering from the age-old mindset of the 1990s when the "MIS/IT" department used to call the shots and exert authority over other functions.
