Pros

Complex Payment Solution. Could be a con as well, as you will spend lot of time in figuring out complex flows which do not have any impact and growth in overall professionalism and product portfolio outside company purview. You will get to learn lot of Politics and how to put blame on other.

Cons

- Toxic and hectic culture. Hire/Fire culture. - Leadership is visionless and always changing priorities. No structure! - Old outdated systems - No respect for timezones, would be required to take calls at odd times too. - Chaotic Leadership, all pulling in different directions without any clarity. - Poor Leadership. Too much politics and favouritism. Blame culture.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has felt unstable and frustrating, and we take concerns around culture, leadership clarity, and ways of working very seriously. As a global organization operating in a complex and highly regulated space, we do go through periods of change as we evolve our strategy and technology. That said, these changes are intended to strengthen long-term stability, improve decision-making, and create better outcomes for both our customers and our people. We recognize that when communication or execution falls short, it can negatively impact teams. Respect for employees’ time, clear ownership, and a constructive feedback culture are areas we continue to invest in and continuously improve. We encourage you to reach out directly to your manager or your People Partner to discuss any concerns you have further. Our goal is to ensure every team member feels supported and empowered to take action.
