Pros

he core product is solid and actually helps small businesses globally, which makes the work feel meaningful.

Cons

We seem to be stuck in a cycle of growth without the infrastructure to back it up. Decision-making is slow because of layers of bureaucracy, and the tools we use internally feel like they’re from a decade ago. Also, the pay isn't quite keeping up with the rest of the fintech scene

Cons

they can easily fire you in one day without prior notice, hearing will change nothing. Internal career opportunities are reserved for favorite proteges

Pros

- good work life balance - get to meet people all over the globe given geo distribution of work force

Cons

Where to even begin: 1) the current management team has no direction for the Company. And instead of taking blame for themselves, they blame everyone else. So they remove anyone at the senior levels they don't like, bring in their own friends, and isolate themselves from the rest of the company where people are actually working and are boots on the ground. 2) the amount of "busy" work where people have meetings ontop of meetings just to have the actual meetings is absurd. Working isn't just having calls, you actually have to execute. 3) Politics, no transparency. Everything gets talked about behind closed doors and no communication with rest of work force. Could go weeks without knowing what you're actually suppose to be doing.
