Great launchpad for Fintech career, pay could have been more attractive

Great entry level experience, although internal mobility was uncommon in NY office, if you put in enough effort there was opportunity.

Cons

Better pay would have been nice, but the company shortly after IPO’ed so I’m sure they weren’t looking to increase employee costs before that transition.
