Pros

I don't even know if there are pros I can mention that are worth mentioning - as the Cons are so meaningful that nothing can actually make it less horrible

Cons

Working at Payoneer is by all means an experience I hope to soon be my past one. I blame this on company's c-level strong emphasis on short-term profits over employee or customer well-being. Management seems to view employees more as tools to be utilized rather than as individuals with unique needs and contributions. This perspective extends to how customers are treated, focusing more on what they can provide in the immediate rather than building lasting relationships based on genuine support and understanding. The culture here often feels quite toxic, with a prevailing attitude that everyone is valuable only as long as they serve the immediate needs of the company. Once those needs are met, there's a palpable sense of being disposable, like "yesterday's newspaper." This approach fosters an environment where personal struggles and difficulties are overlooked, and the human element of work is starkly absent. For those who value a workplace that sees and treats you as a person first—a place that cares about your well-being and personal growth—Payoneer is for sure not the right fit. The focus here is not on nurturing or development but rather on extracting as much utility as possible before moving on. If you're considering a position at Payoneer, let's me tell you this loud and clear: DON'T. I strongly advise you weigh these factors seriously. Personal and professional fulfillment is critical, and no job is worth losing your soul over. I truly wish this wouldn't be the case. I used to be such a strong advocate for the company, but in the past year the company changed entirely - becoming the worst place to work at ever. So sad!
