Hybrid work schedule. Pay is above average in the market. Good insurance coverage.

Cons

Work-life balance has collapsed since last year. Layoffs, PIPs and role consolidation has negatively impacted morale severely. Trying to get help from other teams is a lost cause. Politics are being played everywhere now. Additionally, Career progression has been at a standstill for years now. Recommend not to come in nowadays.
