work life balance, decent salary, free transportation, free meal pass

Cons

- extremely political environment, - weak middle management and leaders, - filled with old timers or AWFs (contract employees) or converted AWFs who are not ready to change or adapt any new technology, - Re-orgs every 6-9 months create a lot of churn, - lot of new ideas and projects are taken, left in middle and never launched.

Some interesting technologies to work on. My managers are competent and kind. The compensation is nice.

Cons

The technology stack is outdated and unpleasant to work with. These is quite a bit of time wasted dealing with corporate concerns.
