      Pros

      Strong inclusion and community programs. Benefits are very strong.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting major priorities with lack of dedication to a clear vision. Multiple senior leadership changes has negatively contributed to this. Overall environment and feel has become sterile, lots of "do more with less" and "use AI to automate that" with leadership lack of understanding of capabilities/employee experience.
