      Entrenched employees and political atmosphere

      Pros

      A great brand, generous benefits, and lots of ambition to do new things on a global scale.

      Cons

      Low accountability for poor performing employees, entrenched middle management resistant to change, very bureaucratic organization, highly political with big decisions made for the wrong reasons, and doesn't hesitate to ask employees to work nights and weekends.

      Pros

      They pay well. Work-life balance can be good.

      Cons

      Politics is high, not much room for advancement. Much internal bickering and they are known for their difficulty to work with. Consider it a temporary gig. Also, they do not do lay offs. I have seen multiple people let go without any sort of package. I have also heard that they are going to start laying the bottom 5% off every quarter.

      Good company but you must work in the Business Unit and not an operational center

      great company with a good advantage on other payment player. fun atmosphere very good on a resume.

      Cons

      too far from Business Unit / too political company. job too operational no share of vision. elevator of communication works only one way. too many people for a job (3 people for a job than can be done by one) and is the case for every department.
