      Benefits are good- private health, pensions Bonuses at year end Share awards at management level are lucrative

      Cons

      No work life balance in manager role Nepotism at its worst- Paypal let qualified people go to promote less qualified people into positions because they know the ones at the top Senior management (Directors) do not listen to anyone except the VP Salary low compared to senior manager position at google, Facebook and LinkedIn unless you are brought in from the outside

      too many re-orgs and movements. Org change seems to be reflective to satisfy people growth, than to optimize the operation efficiencies of the company. Recognition of employees are not consistent across. Not all talented people success in growing
